Foster Parent Application

Due to the economy and other circumstances, there is a growing number of homeless animals. You are needed and you can help! We do not have a physical shelter so we rely on loving, responsible foster parents to help us take care of our rescues as if they were their own.

We need caring foster parents like you so that we can answer the many calls for help. With your help, the animals we rescue can be socialized, get the medical help they need (HSLC pays for pre-approved medical care), and receive the love that they need to recover from any trauma.

You must be at least 18 years of age, have no past animal neglect or cruelty charges against you, and have transportation to take your foster to the vet when needed, as well as selected HSLC adoption events. With your help our rescues can have a second chance at becoming a happy, healthy member of a loving family.
